Unfortunately, poor breathing habits have become the norm for many of us owing to our modern lifestyles and habits, and they can either cause, contribute to or worsen all of the conditions mentioned above and not only hamper our ability to operate at our best, but also affect our quality of life.

What does the program entail?
​
There is typically one weekly coaching session, each lasting 1 hour. In most cases there are 5 sessions in total, though more sessions may be needed, especially for anyone with Chronic Fatigue or Long Covid. Alternatively, the 5 sessions can be more frequent, shorter sessions such as 10x half hour meetings to help with maintaining momentum and to avoid the tiredness that often accompanies conditions such as those referred to above.

​Start dates for the Breathing for Health training program are published on our booking calendar. You only need to book the start date as the rest of the program will be delivered to best suit your needs. All 5 of your sessions are likely to be on the same day of the week and at the same time as the start date. We will, however, allow for some flexibility in our mutual planning to suit availability.
